Prowna ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Prowna mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Data you provide:

Profile information (name, weight, height, age, fitness goals)
Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weights)
Nutrition data (food entries, calories, macronutrients)
Supplement tracking data

Data stored locally: By default, all your data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not have access to this data unless you opt into cloud sync.

Data we do NOT collect:

We do not track your location
We do not access your contacts
We do not read your messages or emails
We do not use advertising trackers
We do not sell your data to third parties

3. Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you create an account and enable cloud sync (Premium feature), your data will be stored on our servers powered by Supabase. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

Prowna may interact with the following third-party services:

Open Food Facts API: When you scan a barcode, the barcode number is sent to Open Food Facts to retrieve product information. No personal data is shared.
RevenueCat: If you subscribe to Premium, RevenueCat processes the transaction through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information.
Supabase: If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU).

5. Data Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data. Cloud-synced data is retained until you delete your account. You can request data deletion by contacting us at info@prowna.app.

6. Children's Privacy

Prowna is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:

Access your data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data
Export your data
Object to data processing

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
